Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization. Org owners and admins control membership and may invite or remove members.

• Don't use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Don't attempt to breach tenant isolation or access other organizations' data.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

New organizations may start a time-limited trial of paid features. When a trial or paid period ends, the organization moves to the Free plan; content over Free limits is locked (not deleted) and restored on upgrade. Paid plans are billed through our supported payment gateways. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the configuration, prompts, and learnings you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and render that content to operate the service for your team.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEPOPSX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
