For customers who need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to cover personal data we process on your behalf, here's the summary and how to put one in place.
For data your organization submits to NEPOPSX, you are the data controller and NEPOPSX acts as the data processor, processing data only on your documented instructions to provide the service.
Account identifiers (names, emails), organization membership, and the workspace content you choose to sync. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and our Security page for safeguards.
We engage a limited set of sub-processors (hosting, email, payment gateways) listed in our Privacy Policy. We require them to apply appropriate safeguards and we remain responsible for their performance.
Email admin@nepselabs.com with your legal entity name and we'll send our standard DPA for signature. If you need to use your own template, we're happy to review it.
