• Account data — your name, email, and a securely hashed password (or GitHub identity if you sign in with GitHub).
• Organization data — org name, plan, members, and invitations you create.
• Workspace content — the agent configuration, prompts, standards, and team learnings you sync to the platform.
• Operational metadata — device login records, audit events (e.g. plan changes, learning approvals), and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the service.
• To render and synchronize your agent files across your team.
• To process plan requests and payments.
• To communicate service notices (e.g. trial expiry, plan changes).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private workspace content to train third-party models.

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the service. They process data only on our instructions:

• Managed cloud infrastructure (application + database hosting)
• Transactional email delivery
• Payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti) for plan billing
• GitHub (only if you connect a GitHub account or repository)

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your organization is active. You can request deletion of your account or organization by emailing us; we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
